The EVH 5150 III EL34 50W head is a 3-channel tube amp with seven JJ ECC83 preamp tubes and two JJ EL34 power tubes, delivering 50 watts of power. It features independent gain and volume for channels one and two with shared EQ, and a separate gain, volume, and EQ for channel three. Key features include global presence and resonance controls, a solid-state rectifier (tight bass response), rear-panel MIDI and effects loop, a headphone jack, and front-panel power output adjustment.
