Description
This 1956 Gibson ES-125 features a laminated maple body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, and a single P-90 pickup. Key specifications include a 24.75-inch scale length, a medium "C" neck profile, a 16.25-inch wide body, and nickel-plated trapeze tailpiece.
The previous owner used it as a jazz instrument and it was very well cared for. There is some checking in the finish, to be expected with a guitar of this age, but otherwise it is in outstanding condition. The machine heads were replaced and the orginals are included. The original tailpiece is also included (was replaced).
This guitar comes with the original case. It sounds great through a nice amplifier.
