The Orange TH30 is a versatile 30-watt, two-channel all-tube amplifier head featuring EL84 power tubes, known for blending modern high-gain distortion with classic British-style chime. It features switchable power (30/15/7 watts), a 4-stage "Shape" control for diverse EQ shaping, and a tube-buffered effects loop, making it suitable for studio, rehearsal, and gigging.
- Channels: Two channels: Clean (Volume, Bass, Treble) and Dirty (Gain, Shape, Volume).
- Output Power: Class A design, switchable between 30, 15, or 7 watts for flexible volume control.
- Valves: Powered by 4 x EL84 power tubes and 4 x ECC83 (12AX7) preamp tubes, with a 1 x ECC81 (12AT7) tube-buffered FX loop.
- Shape Control: The Dirty channel features a single "Shape" knob that moves from mid-forward tones to modern scooped metal.
- Versatility: Capable of glassy clean tones and heavy, saturated distortion.
- Build: Rugged construction with signature orange Tolex.
This one is serviced (Larry at Red Rock Amps - check out his featured amps on his site on facebook) with new power tubes, a dirty/clean selector switch and components of the fuse protection circuit.
