Used Elektron OCTATRACK MK1 Sampler

This Elektron Octatrack DPS-1 (MK1) is an 8-track dynamic performance sampler, audio mangler, and MIDI sequencer released by Elektron. It is designed to act as the creative centerpiece or "brain" of a live electronic music rig or studio.

Key Features

• 8 Internal Audio Tracks: Each track can run one of four machine types:
• Flex: Plays samples loaded into a 64MB pool of fast RAM.
• Static: Streams large audio files directly from a CompactFlash card (ideal for backing tracks or long loops).
• Thru: Processes external audio coming into the inputs in real time.
• Neighbor: Extends the effects chain of the previous track.
• 8 MIDI Tracks: Dedicated tracks to sequence and control external hardware synthesizers or drum machines.
• Optical Crossfader: Assignable to a multitude of parameters. It lets you slide between two different parameter states (called "scenes") for smooth morphing or aggressive stutter/glitch effects.
• Real-Time Sampling & Processing: Features live audio recording into recording buffers, real-time pitch-shifting, time-stretching (keeping loops in sync regardless of tempo changes), and two insert effects per track (such as filters, delays, reverbs, and bitcrushers).
• Elektron Step Sequencer: A 64-step grid sequencer with parameter locking (p-locks) to change sound properties per step.
• I/O & Storage: Uses CompactFlash cards (up to 64 GB) for storage, includes 4 audio inputs, 2 stereo audio outputs, a headphone output, MIDI In/Out/Thru ports, and a USB 2.0 port for file transfer
