All of our band instruments are professionally serviced before we advertise them for sale and come with a 1-year warranty for local customers.

We offer a "Band Teacher" guarantee, as well. We encourage students to show the instrument to their band teacher or private instructor, 

and if any issues are brought up, let us know. If it is a fixable problem, we can fix it as part of the warranty.

If not, we can exchange or return the instrument.

We offer a 50% buyback (50% of the selling price) for the lifetime of the instrument, provided it is in a similar condition as to when it was sold.

Online customers have a 48-hour inspection period, during which if any problems are spotted, we can send a return label.
