Used Guild D55 Solid Top Acoustic Guitar Natural
Description
Per Guild: "First introduced in 1968 as a special-order top-of-the-line model, the D-55 was so well-received that Guild added it into the regular production line by 1974. Famously played by Tommy Smothers on the Smothers Brothers Show in the late 1960s, the D-55 grew in both popularity and longevity over the decades."
SPECS
- Solid spruce top
- Solid rosewood back, sides, and bridge
- Mahogany neck
- Ebony fretboard, mother of pearl inlays
- 25 5/8" scale

The guitar is in excellent shape, with only a few cosmetic blemishes. There is a white mark 1-2cm long on the play side of the neck at the 3rd fret, but you cannot feel it when you run your finger over it. There is also a ding in the fretboard on the treble side just beneath the last fret. Neither of these affect playability.
Guild case included.
