The guitar is in great shape considering its age. It has a fair amount of play wear, most notably on the rim of the soundhole where there are a few chips in the wood, but they are not structural. The first 3 frets have some small divots, but they do not affect playability. It being a 70s Martin, there is no truss rod, but the neck only has very slight bowing.
