The guitar is in good condition, especially considering its age. The back of the neck has 2 spots near the base where it looks like the cellulose melted, and there is a worn down spot on both sides of the neck at the 2nd fret. There is nice checking on the body. The back has a fair amount of dings on it exposing wood. The top has a few dings on it, mainly on the bottom half. The frets have some divots that you can feel if you bend hard enough. Structurally the guitar is perfect, though.
