Description
This is one of the Series 8 (octal preamp) models. It is a transition from the Vince Gill model to the Andy Reiss Signature Jazz 50. It has a ClassicTone Power trans and 6550 power tubes. It can also use 6L6. It has a 6SC7 preamp tube (Use the new SOVTEK 6SC7 preferably or NOS if you find a good one). The PI tube is a Tung-Sol reissue brown base 6SL7 but J.J. now makes a good version of this tube.
