The Fender MIJ PB-51 Precision Bass Reissue is a Japanese-made recreation of the original 1951 Precision Bass. It features a slab ash body, single-coil pickup, maple neck with a vintage-style fingerboard, and classic early-‘50s styling. Known for its punchy, articulate tone and vintage feel, this reissue captures the look, sound, and playability of Fender’s first-ever electric bass design.

This bass is well set up and the body was recontoured for more comfortable play. A previous owner removed the Made In Japan stamp from the back. The neck has been sanded as well.
