The Dr. J Armor Buffer from Joyo is a no-nonsense buffer pedal that keeps your tone clean and consistent across your rig. It features a single Gain control and a simple, clearly labeled layout that routes your signal through both input and output buffering stages. On this unit, the original knob has been replaced with a Planet Waves knob lock/cap. This lock currently prevents the potentiometer from being adjusted but can be easily removed or replaced if you want to dial it in yourself.

If you’re looking to maintain clarity and punch across long cable runs or big pedalboards, a good buffer like this one is a must. The built-in boost gives you a little extra push if needed, while the clean white enclosure makes it easy to read on a dark stage.
