Description

This Beetronics Buzzter brings boost and preamp duties together in a compact analog pedal built to push your rig with extra volume, gain, and character. Its straightforward controls let you dial in anything from a cleaner level increase to a more driven, saturated boost, making it useful for waking up an amp, stacking with other pedals, or giving lead parts some extra authority. The original box is included.

The Buzzter is designed around a JFET boost circuit with two cascading gain stages, giving it a responsive, amp-like feel rather than simply making your signal louder. The Fat control lets you adjust the low-end response, while the Buzz control determines how hard the second gain stage is driven. That combination makes it equally useful for adding subtle warmth and presence or pushing into gritty, harmonically rich breakup.
