This is a used 30s era Orpheum 13 in decent condition. Orpheum guitars of this era were likely manufactured by Regal, or Harmony. The Orpheum brand was originally known for its banjos but became a stencil/house brand of other larger manufacturers through the 30s and 50s. This guitar plays well, and for its time the cosmetics are in decent shape, but has several dings and scratches around the guitar.
