Description
Vintage York trumpet dating to approximately 1942. This classic American-made horn features an attractive lacquered brass finish, distinctive engraved York bell logo, three piston valves, first-valve saddle, and third-valve slide ring.
The trumpet shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with its age, including scratches, finish wear, and light tarnishing, but presents very well for an instrument over 80 years old. The bell and body appear remarkably clean overall with no obvious major damage.
Includes the fitted vintage hard case and mouthpiece shown in the photos.
A great piece of American brass-instrument history and an excellent choice for the vintage York collector or player looking for a classic horn with plenty of character
