Used KORG M3 61 Synthesizer 

The master volume fader tab is broken off, but it still functions if you use something to push it. The screws used to secure the module to the stand brackets or base are missing. All 1/4" Input and outputs are working as they should, but USB and S/P DIF were not tested. There is discoloration/yellowing throughout.
