The top is cracked by the bridge. The electronics do not function quite properly. There is very low output. The letters on the tuner have been scraped down. Lights under the panel are visible, but the letters are not clear to see. The guitar has several scratches and dings throughout the finish, but it is in otherwise good playing condition.
