This 74 Strat is clean and plays great! Comes with a period-correct hard shell Fender case and tremolo arm.
The body has some dings and chips on it, but overall it is very nice. See pics for details.
The pick ups are original dating to 1974, and all read out on the meter between 5.6 - 6.0 ohms.
The volume pot is an original CTS potentiometer from 1974. We think the volume pot should be changed out to a modern one to work more consistently, but wanted to leave it original for the next owner to decide.
The tone pots are current/modern CTS potentiometers.
The neck and body neck-pocket have all the correct markings for a 1974 strat, shown in the pics. Red date stamp code, with "Webright" as the finisher!
The frets are clean and plenty of play life on them. Possibly re-fretted once by previous owner, who was a player.
