In fair cosmetic condition with no playability issues. Previously had full bartolini electronics with a XLR jack; route was largened for XLR but has now been converted back to 1/4" with a set of Gibson 1 & 2 VOS Burstbuckers (Neck 7.6k & bridge 8.1K). New reliced ABR1 with a stud mounted bridge, Pancake body shows no signs of seperation. Original waffleback tuners have been swapped to vintage Grover Rotomatics by previous owner. Mini toggle switches previously installed from bartolini pickups have been removed and holes have been plugged with maple (see pictures). Some light scratching and finish chips/impressions around the body. Frets are in good shape with some life left on them. Ebony fretboard appears to be in perfect shape. Brass nut has been installed. Set up with low action with great playability, no dead notes. Back of neck has some finish wear from normal playing wear and tear. Headstock has leftover tuner holes exposed from original waffleback tuners. Light finish chipping on headstock wings and corners. Using serial number decoders & general spec's from the Norlin era; we have managed to get it down to a 1970-1975, considering the original electronics could not be used to date.Era-appropriate hardshell case believed to be original case. Fresh setup by our tech with new strings. Actual pictures of guitar for sale! We always re-test before shipping, and carefully pack every order to ensure safe delivery. We usually ship same weekdays, if ordered before 2PM PST. Have a question? Call us at 209-473-6868 for an in-hand description. Local? Click in-store pickup, or bring trades. We are always buying!
