In very good cosmetic condition, with no playability issues. Some very minor light scratches to the body with all significant blemishes and scratches shown in the photos. Frets and fingerboard are in good condition with no signs of fret wear. Back of neck appears to be clean with no noticeable signs of damage or abuse. Overall very clean for age. Action is high on this guitar but it is still playable and sounds great. I've included pictures to best display the action, but because there is no truss rod there is no adjusting the action. So it is recommended to get a neck reset from an authorized Martin luthier if it is an issue. Guitar comes with chipboard case. All hardware and electronics appear stock. Electronics in good working condition, no dirty pots, etc. Fresh setup by our tech with new strings. Actual pictures of guitar for sale!
