• Why won’t my order go through?

Most commonly, orders will not process fully if the address attached to the card is not the shipping address. Thus, both billing and shipping addresses must match for your order to be processed, and we only ship to that address.

Any items listed on Music Go Round’s website that don’t specifically say they are located at the Music Go Round Toledo store are not able to be ordered from our Toledo store or shipped to our Toledo store.

• I don’t see the shipping option available for this item. How do I order it?

Some extra large or particularly fragile items will have shipping disabled by default and cannot be shipped, such as subwoofers and drum kits. However, it never hurts to inquire about a shipping quote if you do not see the shipping calculator on our website. Sometimes this was done in error based on how the item was originally processed.

• I’m interested in this item, but the shipping price seems too high. Is your shipping calculator accurate?

In general, our shipping calculator is accurately weighted by the item’s category and the distance it will have to travel from our store to your destination. However, this can sometimes accidentally create a shipping quote much higher or much lower than the actual cost. Feel free to contact us if you feel a shipping quote is significantly off.
