All used items are tested for functionality to the best of our abilities at the time of store purchase and once again before being shipped. Any included accessories will be shown in the photos. If there are any functional issues, they will be noted here. There is often wear from use that is not easily photographed. All store items are displayed in-store and able to be handled by customers, so additional demo wear can occur. If you have any questions not answered by the photos or below, please contact us before placing an order.
FAQ
- Why won’t my order go through?
Most commonly, orders will not go through if the address attached to the card is not the shipping address. Both must match for us to fulfill your order.
- I don’t see the shipping option available for this item. How do I order it?
Some extra large or particularly fragile items will have shipping disabled by default and cannot be shipped, such as speaker cabinets, amps, and drum kits. Feel free to contact us if you wish to be sure of an item’s ability to be safely shipped.
- I’m interested in this item, but the shipping price seems too high.
In general, our shipping calculator is accurately weighted by the item’s category and the distance it will have to travel. Feel free to contact us if you feel a shipping quote is significantly off.
- What is your return policy?
Our general return policy is located under the Customer Service section of our site near the bottom of the page and on your receipt. In summary, you have 48 hours upon delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee per our store’s policies. Please call us before ordering to ensure the best experience.
Shipping Info
All Music Go Round orders are shipped directly from the store from which you are purchasing your item(s). Because of this, shipping costs and timing vary based on your location.
If you are purchasing items from multiple stores, you will receive multiple packages.
We will:
- Take the time to pack your product securely and according to shipper guidelines for packing
- Ship via standard ground within one business day of your order
- Send shipping information via email when a tracking number is available
