If there are any functional issues, they will be noted here. There is often wear from use that is not easily photographed. All store items are displayed in-store and able to be handled by customers, so additional demo wear can occur. Some extra large or particularly fragile items will have shipping disabled by default and cannot be shipped, such as speaker cabinets, amps, and drum kits. Feel free to contact us if you wish to be sure of an item’s ability to be safely shipped.

Our shipping charge usually reflects a flat rate for the estimated maximum possible cost w/ insurance, so please contact us with your ZIP code for a more specific estimate.

• What is your return policy?

Our general online return policy is located at the bottom of our website. In summary, you have 48 hours upon delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee per our store’s policies. Please call us before ordering to ensure the best experience.
