If there are any functional issues, they will be noted here. There is often wear from use that is not easily photographed. All store items are displayed in-store and able to be handled by customers, so additional demo wear can occur. Our general online return policy is located at the bottom of our website. In summary, you have 48 hours upon delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee per our store’s policies. Please call us before ordering to ensure the best experience.
