Reinhart Effects Healing Potion Harmonic Percolator Style Fuzz / Overdrive Pedal

The Reinhart Effects Healing Potion is a boutique fuzz/overdrive pedal inspired by the classic Interfax HP-1 Harmonic Percolator circuit.

This version features a simple two-knob layout with Harmonics and Balance controls. The Harmonics control adjusts the input gain and amount of drive/fuzz, while Balance controls the overall output level.

The Harmonic Percolator-style circuit is known for its distinctive harmonically rich character and its ability to cover a range of sounds from boost and gritty overdrive to more aggressive fuzz depending on the settings and amplifier being used.

The documentation accompanying the pedal describes the Healing Potion design as using NPN silicon transistors rather than the germanium-based arrangement associated with the original circuit.

Please note that the included documentation pictured references the later Healing Potion V2, which added a clipping-diode Mode switch. The actual pedal offered here is the earlier two-control Harmonics/Balance version and does not have the V2 Mode switch.

This pedal is in Very Good used condition overall.
