Vintage Continental Colonial by Conn Tenor Saxophone c.1929–1931 w/ Original Case & Mouthpiece – Fresh Pads, Plays Great

This vintage Continental Colonial tenor saxophone was manufactured in the United States by C.G. Conn during the late 1920s to early 1930s. Continental Colonial instruments were Conn stencil models built with many of the same quality construction methods found in Conn's respected professional horns of the era, making them excellent vintage American-playing instruments.

This saxophone has been professionally repadded and serviced and is reported to be playing well. It retains its original vintage character with honest cosmetic wear while remaining a solid player's horn. The body appears straight overall, the keywork is complete, and the instrument has not been cosmetically refinished, preserving its original vintage appearance.

Condition:

Very Good vintage condition. Mechanically, the instrument has been professionally repadded and serviced and is playing well. Cosmetically, it shows significant lacquer wear, oxidation, finish loss, scratches, and other signs of nearly a century of use. The engraving remains visible, and the body appears straight overall with no obvious major dents or significant damage visible. The original hard case shows heavy cosmetic wear from age but remains functional. Please review all photos carefully for the overall cosmetic condition.
