This Yamaha YVS-100 Venova was acquired as part of a liquidation purchase and appears to be new/unused. The original packaging has been opened and may show handling/storage wear, so we are offering it as open-box liquidation stock.

The Venova is Yamaha's unique casual wind instrument designed to combine simple, recorder-like fingering with a rich, expressive tone inspired by the saxophone. Its compact ABS resin body is lightweight, durable, and washable, making it an approachable instrument for beginners as well as a fun portable instrument for experienced wind players.

The YVS-100 is pitched in C and provides a fully chromatic two-octave range. Yamaha's unique branched-pipe and meandering-pipe designs allow the instrument to produce a surprisingly full reed-instrument sound while maintaining its compact size and relatively simple fingering system.

This instrument came from a liquidation purchase and appears to be new/unused. It has been removed from the packaging for inspection and photography.

The Venova itself is exceptionally clean with no notable signs of playing wear observed. The carrying case and included accessories are also very clean. The original cardboard box shows some cosmetic handling and storage wear.
