The T-Rex Engineering Nitros Hypergain is a versatile high-gain distortion pedal designed to cover everything from aggressive modern metal tones to classic hard rock and lower-gain overdrive sounds.

Unlike many compact high-gain pedals, the Nitros features a full active three-band EQ with dedicated Bass, Mid and Treble controls. This provides extensive control over the pedal's voicing, allowing everything from heavily scooped metal sounds to more pronounced midrange-focused rock tones.

Separate Gain and Level controls provide additional control over distortion intensity and overall output.
