This Spector "Hollow Flash" finish complements this distinct "Modern Metal" model itself. The finish features a special holographic material beneath a black gloss coat, creating a unique, flashy visual effect that was popular in the 80s and 90s and is a striking stage prop. 

• Body: Spector's iconic, ergonomic curved body shape, often crafted from solid alder for comfort and good tone. The "hollow" in the name is a description of the finish's effect, not a semi-hollow body construction.
• Neck: A sturdy 3-piece maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, typically featuring 24 frets and dot inlays. The scale length is often 35 inches on the 5-string versions, which helps provide a clear and articulate low "B" string sound.
