From the popular, albeit short-lived,  "Hot Rodded American" series, the Lone Star was an affordable, American-made offering from Fender that quickly gained a cult following.

The guitar does have light play wear, mainly in the first four frets on the B and E strings. They have some very slight divots, which are noticeable when bending, but aren't so deep that they interfere with it. There are a few finish scratches on the back of the body. There is a pair of dings on the back of the neck around the third fret area.
