This unit is in working condition, however we did discover some minor issues that we need to disclose as follows:

• Not all channels are operating at the exact same nominal gain levels. Some are louder than the majority, and some are quieter.
• Channels 9 and 10 run a little hotter than nominal.
• Channels 13, 14, and 15 run a little less hot than nominal.
• Channel 4 insert engagement results in a slight loss in gain/volume.
• Channel 14 insert engagement is always on regardless of the position of the switch.
• Channel 3 direct out is functional, but has a prominent self-noise that would likely be prohibitive in practical use.
