The Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S49 MK1 is a 49-key MIDI keyboard controller designed for hands-on control of virtual instruments, plug-ins, and DAW software.

This first-generation S-Series controller features a semi-weighted Fatar keybed, Native Instruments Light Guide, eight touch-sensitive control knobs, dedicated transport controls, touch-strip pitch and modulation controls, and extensive integration with compatible Native Instruments software.

The rear panel provides USB connectivity, traditional 5-pin MIDI input and output, sustain and expression pedal connections, and a dedicated power input.

IMPORTANT SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION:

Native Instruments has ended software support for the Komplete Kontrol S-Series MK1 keyboards.

The MK1 remains compatible with Komplete Kontrol software version 2.9.x and earlier. Komplete Kontrol 3.x and newer versions do not support the S-Series MK1.

The keyboard can also be used as a MIDI controller. Buyers should verify compatibility with their computer, operating system, DAW, and intended software before purchasing.

No Native Instruments software licenses are included with this listing.

Condition:

This keyboard controller is in good used condition and shows normal cosmetic wear from previous use.

There are scratches, scuffs, dust, fingerprints, and handling marks throughout the housing and control surfaces. Several more noticeable scratches and scuffs are present on the upper panels, particularly around the right side of the keyboard.

The keys also show light marks and signs of previous use.

Please review all photos closely for the best representation of the cosmetic condition.

The keyboard has been tested and is functioning as intended.

IMPORTANT:

Native Instruments has discontinued software support for the Komplete Kontrol S-Series MK1. It is compatible with Komplete Kontrol 2.9.x and earlier but is not supported by Komplete Kontrol 3.x or newer.

No software license, software bundle, or Native Instruments account is included.

A well-built 49-key controller with a quality Fatar keybed and extensive hands-on controls that remains useful as a MIDI controller or as part of a compatible legacy Komplete Kontrol setup.
