1980s Harmony 01010 Hummingbird-Style Acoustic Guitar - Sunburst

This Harmony Model 01010 is a vintage Chinese-made dreadnought acoustic featuring a classic sunburst finish and an ornate Hummingbird-style pickguard.

PLEASE READ CONDITION DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING.

This guitar is being sold in Fair condition and will need repair and/or adjustment for optimal playability.

The top is raised/belled upward in the bridge area from string tension. This has resulted in high string action. Because the top deformation is contributing to the high action, a normal setup alone may not correct the issue.

The truss rod does turn but feels tight. No further truss rod adjustment was attempted.

There is also a rough/damaged-looking area around the neck/headstock transition. We do not know the history of this area or whether any previous repair has been performed. Please examine the photos closely.

Due to these issues, this guitar is recommended for someone comfortable with acoustic guitar repair, restoration, or project instruments.
