The Day of Your Order
Availability
Since all items are simultaneously for sale locally, on rare occasions an item will no longer be available as it sold on the same day in our stores. If that happens, we'll promptly issue a refund and contact you with any information about this.
Testing
Before we ship your gear, we take the time to test your piece again to ensure it functions as it should. You will find a “Quality Assurance Checklist” in your shipment showing the results of this test. This extra test ensures the product is in perfect working condition and has all of the accessories meant to be included with your product.
Packing
Music Go Round successfully ships USED, vintage, fragile, and large products every day. We take the packing of our products VERY seriously and go to great lengths to ensure your product arrives safely at your door. This may take a bit longer and cost a bit more, but getting your product to you safely is what we BOTH want! Our goal is to get you the gear you want safely to your front step!
Second to Third Business Day
Our shippers pick up at our stores during different times of the day. Your tracking information should be active on the shipper's website by the end of the day you receive the information from us.
Note that just because you have the tracking number doesn’t mean your package is in their system. This only happens when the driver picks up your package and scans it into their system! We appreciate your patience when reviewing tracking info online.
Receive Your Item
Approval
You've received your gear! Go ahead and unpack it, but hang on to that box and bubble wrap! In the off chance it got damaged in shipping, or isn't fully functional contact us right away. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery. See our return policy here for more details.
